Reopen a Review Comment
Once a review comment has been marked as Resolved, it is hidden from active discussions. However, if further input or clarification is needed, you can reopen the comment thread to continue the discussion.
Note: Ensure that a preview of the content has been shared. Refer to the Share a Preview document for more details.
To reopen a review comment, follow these steps:
- Open the shared preview link from your email.
- Click the Discussions tab in the right navigation panel.
- Select Resolved from the dropdown menu.
- Hover over the discussion you want to reopen and click Reopen.
Once reopened, the comment will be visible in the active comment thread, allowing reviewers to add further feedback.
