Bulk Unpublish Entries

To unpublish multiple entries from your stack, log in to your Contentstack account and perform the steps given below:

1. Go to your stack and click the "Entries" icon located in the left navigation panel.
2. From the entries list page, select the entries you want to unpublish.
3. On the floating panel, click Unpublish.
   
4. In the Unpublish Entries modal, select the Environment(s) and Language(s) of the entries which you want to unpublish.
   
5. In the same modal, you can select if you want to unpublish the entries now or schedule it for later. Once done, click Send to unpublish your entries.
   

Limitations for Unpublishing Entries in Bulk

The limitations for unpublishing entries in bulk are as follows:

• At a time, you can unpublish 10 entries in 10 languages and on 10 environments.
• The bulk-action date cannot extend beyond 12 months when scheduling bulk entry unpublish.
