Update a Publish Rule

At times during your content creation, you may want to make changes to the existing publishing rule. For example, the environment has changed, or the approver has to be changed.

To update a publish rule, log in to your Contentstack account, and perform the following steps:

1. Go to your stack, navigate to the “Settings” gear icon, and select Workflows.
2. Under the Publish Rules tab, click on the publish rule you want to update. This will expand the rule card.
3. Make necessary changes to the publish rule, and click on Save.
