Bulk Delete Entries

To delete multiple entries from your stack, log in to your Contentstack account and perform the steps given below:

1. Go to your stack and click the "Entries" icon located in the left navigation panel.
2. From the entries list page, select the entries you want to delete.
3. On the floating panel, click Delete as shown in the image below.
   
4. When you click Delete, a pop-up confirmation box opens asking you to confirm if you want to move the entries to trash.
   
5. If you are sure you want to move them to trash, click on Delete.

Note: Deleted entries will be moved to the trash and can be restored within 14 days. After that, they will be permanently deleted.

Limitations for Deleting Entries in Bulk

There is no option for deleting all the entries in the stack at once. You can only select and delete up to 10 entries at a time. To delete more than 10 entries, select and delete them in batches. If you want to increase the number of entries you can select and delete at once, contact our support team to update your plan.
