Prior to Algolia David held Alliance and Sales positions on 3 continents at MicroStrategy, Oracle, BEA Systems and other technology companies in a 20+ year customer and partner-facing career.

Jasmin Guthmann is VP of the MACH Alliance, Head of Corporate Communications at Contentstack, and host of the People Changing Enterprises podcast. She spearheaded the Women in MACH Manifesto movement and joins ContentCon Europe as Master of Ceremonies (MC).
Tarek Nseir
In 2004 Tarek founded TH_NK, an award-winning digital agency, whilst studying at Newcastle University. During this period, he earned accolades including Young Entrepreneur of the Year, was named one of the 50 most influential people in UK digital by The Drum Digerati and Digital Leader of the Year by Information Age Tech Leader Awards. With offices located in Newcastle, Liverpool and London, TH_NK became one of the largest and most awarded independent digital agencies in the UK, receiving numerous awards including The Drum’s Digital Agency of the Year in 2018 and BIMA Consulting & Transformation Award, for leading the digital transformation of LV=.
In 2018, TH_NK was acquired by EPAM, one of the world’s largest technology companies and today,Tarek leads EPAM’s Digital Practice in EMEA, overseeing teams of consultants, designers and engineers and close to $1billion of revenue. Tarek has spent the past 20 years leading innovation and transformation programmes for some of the world’s biggest and most exciting companies including Shop Direct, LV=, Atom Bank, ASOS and BUPA as well as co-founding Pottermore with JK Rowling.
Tarek is the chair of the MACH Alliance Education Council and was most recently a MACH Alliance Board member. Tarek also was previously president at BIMA, the UK’s trade body for digital and a regular commentator on innovation and technology within the national media.
